• 15 oz (445 ml) mug is 4.7” tall
• Design is printed on both sides 
• Mugs are printed by hand in our studio using professional materials and processes
• Sublimation inks are used to produce vibrant colours that are permanent and will not fade
• Microwave and dishwasher safe (top shelf only)

Our average time to process orders is 2-5 business days. Please note: this time may be extended during peak holiday seasons and sales or may be shorter during slower periods.

We are located in Ontario, Canada:

• U.S orders are shipped either First Class or Priority using USPS from Niagara Falls, New York and will take 2-8 business days depending where you live.
• Canadian orders are shipped Expedited from Ontario using Canada Post and will take 2-8 business days depending where you live.
• All other international orders are shipped from Niagara Falls, New York and will take 2 – 3 weeks.

All orders come with a tracking number.
